Lake Monticello: Fishing
guide Greg Gulledge (870-723-3928) with Basshunters Custom
Crankbaits said fishing has really slowed in the last week. There are a few
fish schooling around the lake. Some bass have been
caught on Basshunter shallow-running crankbaits. The
worm bite has fallen off, but there are still a few to be
caught. Fishing has really been tough overall.
Lake Chicot: Bass Tracker Marine (870-265-5374)
said water conditions are normal. Bream are good on crickets.
Crappie are biting well on worms. Bass are biting well on
small crankbaits and spinnerbaits.
Grand Lake: Koenig Bass Tracker Marine (870-265-5374)
said water conditions are normal. Bream are good on crickets.
Crappie are biting well on worms. Bass are biting well on spinnerbaits.
